The Vacancy
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, submission and progress of consents and compliance requirements which arise from our renewables projects. The work will be very varied on projects of different sizes and scope with high interaction across the development, construction and operational elements of the Company. Working within the Planning Team and collaborating with others across the company you will be responsible for the coordination and resolution of planning and environmental queries across a range of renewables schemes.
What you'll need
Third level qualification in Planning.
Proven experience in a planning role (5+ years) and knowledge of both RoI & NI planning systems and legislation/policy.
Previous experience of managing relations with stakeholders and third parties.
Comfortable working on multiple projects at various stages in development and with evolving scopes, in the context of competing priorities.
Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills and solution focused.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Full clean driving licence.
